Q. What is a "unique order code"?

A. Collegiate Video's DVDs are sold exclusively to graduates and their families. 

To safeguard against outside persons attempting to purchase our programs via the Internet,

we have included order codes in our brochures that are unique to each of

our client colleges and universities desiring such protections.

 

Q. When will I receive my order? How will it arrive?

A . All orders will be shipped no later than August 31, 2011. 

   

Q. How can I confirm you've received my order?

A. You will automatically be sent a confirmation email receipt within 24 hours of submitting

your order. It will be sent to the email address listed during the ordering process.  Mail-in orders will

receive an email confirmation within 2 days of receipt of order.  If you did not supply us with

an email address, you will receive a confirmation postcard in the mail.

 

Q. How is my tax calculated?

A.  A 6% Sales tax is applicable only to those orders placed in Vermont.

 

Q. Why am I having trouble placing an international order?

A. If you are trying to place an order with a credit card issued from a bank outside the US or are

trying to have your order shipped to an international address, and you are having trouble,

you can call our customer service department at: 802 365-4414

 

Q. What methods are available to place an order?

A. You have three options--mail in our brochure order form, fax

the same order form, or order online from our website.

 

Q. Is it safe to submit my credit card online? Is your website secure?

A. Yes. We are constantly monitoring our systems to ensure the security of your information.

When you are asked to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), that

information is encrypted and protected using industry-standard SSL encryption.

 

Q. Can I make copies of my DVD program?

A. Collegiate Video, Inc. owns the copyrights to all images taken by our videographers.

All images are copyright protected. Except as otherwise required by law, you may not reproduce,

distribute, modify, retransmit, or publish any copyrighted material without the express

written consent of the copyright owner, including, without limitation, print or electronic

reproduction, publication or any display of photography. If you have special circumstance

and would like to request permission, please contact us.

 

Q. What if I am not happy with my DVD program?

A. Our goal is 100% satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the product, please contact our

Customer Service Department and we will be happy to work with you toward a resolution.

If you simply want a refund, return your products with a note stating that you do not

want them and we will be glad to give you a full refund.

 

Q. Do the billing and shipping addresses have to be the same?

A. The address information for your order does not need to be the same. Please make sure that the

billing address is entered as the same address that the credit card bills are sent to.

This billing information will not affect your shipping address.
